As your on-site partner, the Ancestral Grounds team will supervise every step of your build and ensure that your costs for services and materials are fair market value. All buyers must be of African descent. Buyers must be able to complete land purchase payments in 6 months or less. Buyers must erect their boundary walls within six months. No religious institutions .No Factories.
