Accra, the capital city of Ghana, is a vibrant and bustling metroplois known for its lively markets, rich cultural heritage, and nightlife. You'll enjoy a blend of traditional and modern experiences. 

The Ashanti Region, the ‘Kingdom of gold’, has a legacy of fine craftsmanship, cocoa, Kenti cloth weaving, and cultural traditions. It is the hub of the ancient territory of the Asante people. Kumasi, Ghana's second-largest city, with ancient palaces, museums, forts, harbours and churches that provide a historical background to the colourful festivals and ceremonies that continue to this day.

  • How do I reserve my space?
    Step 1: To secure your space click the registration tab or Reserve Your Space Button to begin the process. Complete the required information for all passengers (Legal Name, date of birth, gender, email address, address, cell phone number, credit card information, emergency contact number, passport number and expiration date). Please note, the credit card authorization will display the total trip amount. Change the authorization amount to the required deposit for your package. We will NOT charge your credit card until after we speak with you to confirm your reservation details. Step 2: A Tampa Cruise Planners Travel Advisor will contact you to verify your registration information, discuss travel requirements, and payment options. Step 3: Thereafter we will secure your deposit using the payment method(s) authorized during the registration process. Step 4: Tampa Cruise Planners will email your reservation confirmation with account details. Your reservation is not confirmed until is your deposit is received.
  • How much is the deposit?
    Deposits are required at time of booking and non-refundable. Single Occupancy: $590 Double Occupancy: $490 per person Triple Occupancy: Limited Availability (Quoted upon request)
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we offer payment plans. As long as the balance is paid off by the final payment date you are good to go! We also offer credit based financing.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    ACH direct deposit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay
  • What are the travel requirement for Ghana?
    Passport Visa (included) Yellow Fever Vaccine (Exemptions are available) Maleria tablets (optional) Typhoid vaccine (optional-highly recommended)
  • What Washington D.C. airport are we departing from?
    We are departing from Washington Dulless International Airport (IAD).
  • How long is the flight?
    The flight from Washington Dulles International Airport can range from 9 to 20+ hours depending on the number and length of layovers. Out goal is to book everyone on non-stop flights.
  • What is your Refund/Cancellation Policy?
    All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations before January 1st, 2025: 50% will be refunded (less deposit) Cancellations after January 1st, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
