By engaging in any transaction with Pride of Ghana Travel and Tours LTD. customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this "No Refund" policy.
1. Refund Exclusion:
1.1. All payments made for travel and tour services provided by Pride of Ghana Travel and Tours LTD. are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement between Pride of Ghana Travel and Tours LTD. and the customer.
1.2. This policy applies to all bookings, reservations, and purchases made directly through Pride of Ghana Travel and Tours LTD. or its authorized agents.
2. Cancellation and Modification:
2.1. Customers may request cancellations or modifications to their bookings or reservations; however, such requests do not entitle them to a refund.
2.2. Pride of Ghana Travel and Tours LTD. reserves the right to assess cancellation or modification fees, which may vary depending on the specific circumstances and the services involved. These fees are non-refundable.
3. Force Majeure:
3.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Pride of Ghana Travel and Tours LTD., such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Pride of Ghana Travel and Tours LTD. may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements or credits for future travel. However, refunds will not be provided.
4. Travel Insurance:
4.1. Pride of Ghana Travel and Tours LTD. strongly recommends that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen events, cancellations, or disruptions. Such insurance coverage is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not provided by Pride of Ghana Travel and Tours LTD.
5. Dispute Resolution:
5.1. Any disputes arising from this "No Refund" policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

What travel documents will I need?
